Today, I want to do a product review that I have already mention in my previous blogpost, which was from my recent haul. Taaadddaaaa.... EOS Limited Edition 3-Pack Lip Balm Collection inspired by Alice in Wonderland. I bought these adorable lip balm from Retail Paradise. She was so nice! Go check on her facebook page, seriously, you will not regret it :)
Actually, I have been eyeing for this product for such a long time, of course not this limited edition one, but the permanent collection, which are in the flavours of honeysuckle honeydew, sweet mint, summer fruit, strawberry sorbet, and others. I already know about this products actually in few years back, many beauty youtubers and bloggers did a review on this particular brand, which is EOS, that actually stands for Evolution of Smooth. But, I did not have a chance to try out any single product from this brand. this was because I did not know where to buy this particular products. Again, I finally found this lip balm set at Retail paradise, as she carries many drugstores and high end products. Thanks a lot, dear :)

My opinion :
Look! There is mickey's shape dented on the packaging!!! So cute...
- the packaging is so cute, and maybe one of the reasons that drove me to buy this lip balm
- dome/sphere-shaped lip balm, that really make it easier for each application, just swipe all over your lips without having to look into the mirror, and you are done :)
- mickey's shape dented on the packaging do make it easier to grip and make it easier to open it
- light texture/not really sleek or creamy as any other typical lip balm
- non-colour, just like the original clear lip balm, but they are slightly scented with different flavours.
- the scent is subtle and really not over-powering or whatsoever, then, it will disappear after a few minutes so you won't be bothered by it anyway
They are not really hydrating enough for my preferences. It does moisturizes my lips and gives them a plump and healthy look, but, personally, I prefer lip balm that are really creamy and sleek on my lips, as I do think that they are really do the job in giving the moisture to my lips for a long time. It might be suitable for priming lips before putting any lipstick on, or as one of night treatment step, and maybe for some people, who always wears lip balm alone, but, as for me, I do not think that it will give enough moisture for my lips, although it moisturized my lips in pretty decent time, but, I personally used it as a base or as a primer before putting any lipsticks or colours on my lips and I do wear it for night treatment purpose. Besides that, normally, the other regular stick lip balm, when they are hiding in your bag, you don't know what you will pick up, you might be confused whether it is a pen or the lip balm itself, but this cute smooth sphere-shaped lip balm, when you throw them in your bag, and you a lot more likely to know what it is when you reached your hand without looking into your bag. Extra points goes for EOS, thumb-ups :)
